ETIM International proudly announces the launch of the ETIM Academy, a new online learning platform dedicated to education about ETIM standards and their practical implementation.
Available at academy.etim-international.com, the platform has been developed to support the rapidly growing international ETIM Community by providing accessible and structured educational content for manufacturers, wholesalers, software providers, data specialists, and other stakeholders working with standardised product information.
The Academy launches with a range of introductory and foundational courses covering the ETIM model, classification principles, and implementation basics. Additional learning paths and specialised training modules will be added over time, including:
- Training for ETIM tooling
- Product classification onboarding
- Best practices for ETIM implementation
- Advanced role-specific educational content
“The ETIM Community continues to grow worldwide,” says Jeroen van der Holst, Community Director of ETIM International. “With the ETIM Academy, we want to ensure that knowledge and experience are shared effectively with both current and future generations of ETIM professionals.”
The platform offers both publicly accessible content and exclusive member-only learning resources. Premium courses require an ETIM Single Sign-On (SSO) account, which is available through membership in one of the ETIM local chapter organisations.
This approach enables ETIM International to continue investing in educational resources, tooling support, and the further professionalisation of standardised product data management.
